With the help of the Sûreté du Québec (provincial police), the trail wardens (patrol) of the St-Donat snowmobile club go around the trails regularly. Their job is to make sure that snowmobilers drive safely, so that each one of you enjoys a pleasant ride.
They will probably check your trail pass. Bear in mind these guys are volunteers. So they deserve your cooperation and respect at all times. Over the years, the club has developed an emergency plan and bought some equipment, such as sleighs, to ensure quick action in case of an accident and help the ambulance people in their work. In case of an emergency, call 911 and give your location the best you can.
Please drive safely, slow down and keep your right in trails, so that all you bring back home are good memories.
